Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of experiential activations for a high-profile internal event, the part-time contract Experiential Events Producer will manage vendor relationships, oversee budgeting and logistics, and ensure cohesive onsite execution while working remotely within the San Francisco Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with creative and event teams to develop experiential strategies and actionable production plans
- Source and manage vendors for production, ensuring all components meet quality and brand expectations
- Oversee onsite execution, including vendor coordination, installation, and troubleshooting during the event
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or related fields
- Proven track record of managing experiential concepts from development to onsite execution
- Strong vendor sourcing, production management, and budgeting experience
- Experience in developing program briefs, production schedules, and activation plans
- Comprehensive understanding of event logistics, fabrication, and onsite operations
