Job Summary
Designing engaging online learning experiences, the full-time remote Experiential Learning Designer will develop curriculum aligned with educational standards, collaborate with stakeholders, and analyze data to enhance learner outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop online learning products aligned with program requirements and accreditation standards
- Collaborate with Program Directors and subject matter experts to create effective learning experiences
- Analyze data to monitor program performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a closely related field
- 5+ years of experience in online instructional/curriculum design for higher education
- Proven track record as a dynamic communicator and facilitator focused on student-centered development
- Experience leveraging artificial intelligence and emerging technologies in instructional design
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
