Expert Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a cross-functional development team, the full-time Expert Business Analyst will manage the consolidation of multiple payment gateways into a single platform, working remotely while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops
- Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), user stories, and data process flows
- Provide functional expertise in the US Payments landscape, focusing on gateway processing and managing requirements at the Program level
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- Deep expertise in the USA Payments domain, including regulatory compliance and hands-on experience with TSYS card acquiring platforms
- Strong experience with data mapping and migration of complex platforms
- Technical background in SQL, API, system integrations, and data analysis
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments
