Expert Consultant
Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives in customer data and marketing technology, the full-time Expert Consultant will analyze client requirements, create business and systems requirements documents, and drive alignment across stakeholders while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives related to customer data, audience management, and decisioning capabilities
- Support the development and prioritization of Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities and enhancements
- Partner with Data & Analytics teams to improve measurement capabilities and reporting frameworks
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of financial services implementation experience or related technology experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Strong Agile delivery and backlog management experience
- Ability to influence priorities and drive execution across multiple stakeholder groups
