Job Summary
As a strategic leader within the Payment Integrity organization, the full-time remote Expert Program Manager will translate strategic priorities into actionable work plans, drive the execution of complex programs across multiple teams, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives while managing risks and dependencies.
Key responsibilities
- Translate long-term strategic objectives into actionable work plans and manage 12-week planning cycles
- Drive the execution of complex programs across various Payment Integrity teams and business functions
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and lead stakeholder communications to ensure program visibility and success
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of program management or related leadership experience
- Proven success in leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
- Experience in healthcare, health insurance, payment integrity, analytics, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
