Expert Witness Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing network of specialized expert witnesses, the full-time remote Expert Witness Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and negotiating retention agreements with high-caliber experts in various fields while ensuring prompt resolution of service requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively research and source niche specialists to meet client litigation needs and negotiate agreement terms
• Onboard new expert witnesses and maintain existing expert records, ensuring all documentation is collected and updated
• Lead contract negotiations for high-priority experts and fulfill urgent client requests involving rare specialties

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of specialized recruiting experience in legal or expert network environments
• Proven track record sourcing highly technical roles such as engineers and scientists
• Strong investigative research and sourcing skills using various professional platforms
• High proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
