Export Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Export Compliance Analyst will prepare and administer export/import authorizations, coordinate compliance with U.S. Government regulations, and assist the Global Trade team in document reviews and record management while working remotely during standard business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Prepares, submits, and administers required export/import authorizations
- Coordinates exports and imports in accordance with company policy and U.S. Government regulations
- Supports the Global Trade team with document reviews and compliance tracking for investigations and requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a suitable combination of work experience and college credits
- 2-5 years of experience in export/import compliance or related fields
- Knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations
- Experience managing legal tasks, files, and deadlines
- Proficiency in creating and managing tracking tools for compliance matters
