Export Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To support a manufacturing client, the contract Export/Import Compliance Analyst will prepare and administer export/import authorizations, ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulations, and manage documentation related to compliance investigations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and administer required export/import authorizations in accordance with company policy and U.S. regulations
• Conduct document reviews to ensure compliance with U.S. Government export and import regulations
• Manage file documentation for compliance investigations, including record keeping and tracking of non-compliance matters

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, or U.S. customs regulations
• Experience with export trade licensing and compliance or import processes
• Proven ability to manage legal tasks, files, and deadlines
• Experience in creating and managing effective tracking tools
• Project management experience related to legal matters, audits, and investigations
