Export Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Global Trade team, the remote Export Compliance Analyst will prepare and administer export/import authorizations, conduct compliance document reviews, and manage investigation records while working full-time on a 9/80 schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and administer required export/import authorizations
- Conduct document reviews to ensure compliance with US government export and import regulations
- Manage records and tracking for non-compliance investigations and compliance requests
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience with ITAR and EAR regulations
- Bachelor's degree or a suitable combination of work experience and college credits
- Experience managing legal tasks, files, and deadlines
- Proficiency in creating and managing effective tracking tools
- Project management experience related to legal matters and audits
