Export Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the ES Global Trade team, the remote contract Export Compliance Analyst will prepare, submit, and manage export/import authorizations while ensuring compliance with U.S. Government regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and administer required export/import authorizations in accordance with company policy and U.S. Government regulations
- Conduct document reviews to determine compliance with export and import regulations
- Manage records and track compliance matters, including non-compliance investigations and ad hoc requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a suitable combination of work experience and college credits
- Knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations
- Experience managing legal tasks, files, and deadlines
- Ability to create and manage effective tracking tools
- Project management experience related to legal matters and audits
