Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end execution of international customer orders, the full-time hourly Export Order Management Specialist will ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless shipment fulfillment while working remotely from various states.
Key responsibilities
- Own the export to shipment process, including order review, shipment booking, and post-shipment documentation
- Prepare and review complex export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipment delays and discrepancies
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in export operations or international logistics
- Familiarity with HTS/ECCN classifications and export control fundamentals
- Effective cross-functional communication skills
- Understanding of freight incoterms and cost to serve concepts
