External Affairs Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Manager, External Affairs, the successful candidate will plan and execute high-quality external communications and investor-facing content, manage social media strategy, and drive content development while working flexibly within the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the development of CSGF's Annual Investor Report, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
• Design and execute CSGF's social media strategy, tracking performance metrics to enhance audience engagement
• Drive the creation and maintenance of issue briefs and oversee knowledge management processes for the External Relations team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in communications, content strategy, or a related field, preferably within the education or nonprofit sectors
• Demonstrated experience managing high-visibility content deliverables such as annual reports and investor communications
• Proficiency in social media platforms and design tools, along with experience using AI tools for content creation and data analysis
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to independently execute multiple high-stakes workstreams
