Focusing on enhancing visibility and credibility, the full-time remote External Communications Specialist will develop and manage external communications materials, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and support industry events and announcements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement with external stakeholders, including analysts, partners, and media outlets
• Track external engagement activity and report on outcomes using defined metrics

Required qualifications

• Experience in external relations, communications, analyst relations, or public relations
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear external messaging
• Experience coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders
• Strong written editing skills for externally published content
• Familiarity with brand governance and compliance processes for external communications
