Key responsibilities:
- Oversee external hub vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards
- Monitor financial performance and implement risk mitigation strategies related to vendor operations
- Partner with AbbVie Patient Services to translate strategic priorities into operational execution and performance enhancements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 7+ years of experience in vendor management, operations leadership, or patient services
- Experience within healthcare, biopharma, or specialty pharmacy preferred
