FAA Part 107 UAS Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an AOT Manager II - UAS Program & Aviation GIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Program, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations
- Oversee the development and maintenance of UAS policies, procedures, and program guidance documents
- Provide GIS support to the Aviation Program, including geospatial data management and map production
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree and five years of management experience in relevant areas or a high school diploma and seven years of management experience
- Experience in program rules and policies development, program evaluation, or budget preparation
- FAA Part 107 sUAS certification required
- Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and represent the agency at public meetings
- Willingness to travel occasionally for work-related purposes
