Job Summary
Supporting healthcare benefits and pricing configuration activities, the full-time FACETS Configuration Analyst will work remotely to translate benefit requirements into system configuration, validate claim outcomes, and assist in resolving benefit and pricing-related issues.
Key responsibilities
- Support FACETS Benefits Configuration based on business and benefit requirements, including copays, coinsurance, and benefit limits
- Assist with NetworX pricing configuration and perform validation activities
- Conduct configuration testing and support SIT/UAT testing, defect analysis, and resolution related to benefits and pricing configuration
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, claims processing, benefits configuration, or a related area
- Basic understanding of FACETS Benefits Configuration and NetworX pricing configuration
- Working knowledge of healthcare claims processing and adjudication
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with a willingness to learn FACETS and NetworX configuration
