Facets Configuration Manager
Job Summary
Serving as a senior consulting lead, the full-time remote Facets Configuration Manager will provide strategic guidance and configuration expertise to healthcare payer clients, optimizing Facets functionality and improving claims processing efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Facets, advising on configuration architecture and best practices
- Lead requirements discovery workshops and design sessions to translate business needs into effective Facets configurations
- Develop future-state optimization roadmaps and recommend scalable solutions to enhance claims processing and operational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with TriZetto Facets in consulting, implementation, or configuration roles
- Deep expertise in Facets core modules including Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, and Claims
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and application configuration
- Advanced knowledge of Facets ITS functionality and claims adjudication processing
- Proven ability to evaluate current-state environments and develop optimization recommendations
