Leading end-to-end configuration delivery for healthcare payer implementations, the full-time remote Facets Configuration Manager will manage configuration across multiple functional areas, ensuring successful execution of platform transformations and regulatory initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead configuration delivery across various Facets functional areas, including Membership, Claims, and Customer Service
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable configuration solutions while establishing governance and quality standards
- Oversee testing, deployment, and production support efforts for complex healthcare transformation initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of healthcare payer technology, implementation, or configuration experience
- 5+ years of experience leading Facets configuration teams or large-scale implementation efforts
- Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations and claims administration across various lines of business
- Experience with project planning, estimation, and executive reporting in cross-functional environments
