Leading the configuration and maintenance of complex system tables and data elements, the remote contract Facets Configuration Specialist will manage configuration changes to enhance system performance, coordinate compliance with change control processes, and provide technical support for critical business systems.
Key responsibilities
- Document detailed Facets product configuration requirements and develop configuration design documents
- Partner with various teams to gather requirements for claims routing and develop detailed workflow design documents
- Lead issue resolution efforts by coordinating triage and troubleshooting for system/application failures
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Facets configuration
- Deep understanding of Medical Product configuration, group/member enrollment, provider network configuration, and claims
- Good understanding of the Facets data model
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and MS Excel
