Job Summary
Serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, the full-time remote Facets Design Specialist will optimize Facets functionality for healthcare payer clients, improve claims auto-adjudication performance, and lead configuration transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery, solution design, and configuration workshops to translate business needs into effective Facets solutions
- Assess current-state Facets environments and develop future-state configuration roadmaps to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Provide architecture recommendations and support implementation strategies aligned with business and technology objectives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with TriZetto Facets implementation, configuration, and optimization
- Deep expertise in Facets core modules, including Benefits, Providers, Enrollment, and Claims
- Experience leading solution design and application architecture discussions
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and Facets configuration best practices
- Proven ability to analyze business and technical requirements for scalable solution architectures
