Facets Design Specialist
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Facets Design Specialist, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, optimizing Facets core applications for healthcare payer clients while leading solution design and configuration initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery and configuration workshops to translate business needs into effective Facets solutions
- Assess current-state Facets environments and develop future-state configuration roadmaps to improve efficiency and claims auto-adjudication rates
- Provide architecture recommendations and lead proofs of concept, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with TriZetto Facets implementation, configuration, and optimization
- Deep expertise in Facets core modules, including Benefits, Providers, Enrollment, and Claims
- Experience leading requirements gathering and solution design discussions
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and Facets configuration best practices
- Proven ability to analyze business and technical requirements into scalable solution architectures
