Job Summary
To support complex Medicaid initiatives, the full-time remote Facets Engineer will design, develop, and deliver customized solutions while fostering collaborative relationships with business partners and IT teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Engineering delivery for critical Medicaid initiatives and ensuring quality software solutions meet customer expectations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and guide team members in a matrix setup
- Building continuous integration and deployment processes, focusing on automation, security, and scalability in applications
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Government Programs like Medicare/Medicaid
- Proficiency in Facets Systems and supporting member eligibility and claims
- Experience in Java, Oracle, Bigdata, MF, and Datastage Technologies
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Postgres, WTX, EDI (834, 837, 835, 820), and FICO Blaze
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
