Job Summary
To support complex Medicaid initiatives, the full-time remote Facets Engineer will design, develop, and deliver customized solutions for the Facets application while fostering collaborative relationships with business partners and IT teams.
Key responsibilities
- Engineering delivery for critical Medicaid initiatives and ensuring quality software solutions meet customer expectations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and provide guidance to team members
- Building and maintaining solutions that leverage continuous integration, automation, and security in application development
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with Government Programs like Medicare/Medicaid
- Proficiency in Facets Systems and experience with member eligibility and claims support
- Hands-on experience with technologies including Java, Oracle, Bigdata, MF, Datastage, MongoDB, and Postgres
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
- Familiarity with enterprise-approved AI tools and their application in enhancing productivity and delivery quality
