Supporting healthcare benefits and pricing configuration activities, the full-time remote FACETS & NetworX Analyst will collaborate with business, configuration, and testing teams to translate benefit requirements into system configurations and validate claim outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Support FACETS Benefits Configuration based on business and benefit requirements, including copays, coinsurance, and deductibles
- Assist with NetworX pricing configuration and related validation activities
- Perform configuration testing and validate expected healthcare claim outcomes
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, claims processing, or benefits configuration
- Basic understanding of FACETS Benefits Configuration
- Basic understanding of NetworX pricing configuration
- Working knowledge of healthcare claims processing and adjudication
- Strong analytical skills with a willingness to learn FACETS and NetworX configuration
