Facets Product & Benefits Analyst
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Facets Product & Benefits Senior Analyst, the candidate will design, configure, and optimize healthcare products and benefit plans within the Facets platform while collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate and compliant benefit solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business and regulatory requirements to create effective Facets configuration solutions
- Design and configure healthcare products, benefit plans, and associated rules while validating configurations through various testing methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess impacts on claims processing, eligibility, and membership, while troubleshooting configuration issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of healthcare payer experience, including 4 years of Facets Product & Benefits configuration or implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare benefit design and experience with the Facets platform
- Understanding of the relationship between benefit configuration and claims adjudication
- Experience in requirements analysis, solution design, configuration validation, and defect resolution
