Facets Product Consultant

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Facets Product Consultant, the successful candidate will design, configure, and implement healthcare products and benefit plans within the Facets platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective claims adjudication and member experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into effective Facets configurations
• Design and maintain healthcare products, benefit structures, and network-based benefit rules
• Develop test scenarios and validate claims outcomes, ensuring solution quality and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years of healthcare payer experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on Facets Product and Benefits configuration experience
• Strong expertise in healthcare benefit design, including copays, coinsurance, and deductibles
• Deep understanding of product and benefit configuration impacts on claims adjudication and membership processing
• Experience documenting requirements and supporting end-to-end testing activities
