Job Summary
Providing functional expertise across the Facets platform, the full-time remote Facets Product Consultant will lead the development and implementation of solutions, focusing on Plan/Product, Membership, and Group capabilities while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize product functionality and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of solutions across Facets Plan/Product, Membership, and Group capabilities
- Analyze business requirements and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements
- Partner with business, product, IT, and integration teams to integrate Facets capabilities with existing systems and resolve cross-functional dependencies
Required qualifications
- Deep functional knowledge and hands-on experience with the Facets platform, particularly Plan/Product, Membership, and Group capabilities
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and end-to-end health plan business processes
- Experience translating business and customer requirements into functional product solutions and enhancements
- Experience partnering with business, product, IT, configuration, and integration teams to optimize Facets solutions
- Strong analytical skills and experience in stakeholder management and facilitation
