Job Summary
Leading workflow analysis and solution design for healthcare payer administration, the full-time Facets Product Consultant will work remotely to implement integrated solutions on the Facets platform while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end workflow discovery and analysis, documenting current and future-state processes
- Design integrated Facets solutions across Plan/Product, Membership, and Group capabilities
- Provide subject matter expertise during requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and implementation phases
Required qualifications
- Deep hands-on experience with the Facets platform, including workflow and configuration
- Strong knowledge of healthcare payer administration and health plan business processes
- Experience in leading workflow analysis and solution design for complex Facets initiatives
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and collaborate across teams
- Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills with a focus on managing dependencies
