Job Summary
Serving as a senior consulting lead and Subject Matter Expert, the full-time remote Facets Product Consultant Manager will provide strategic guidance and configuration expertise to healthcare payer clients, optimizing Facets functionality and improving claims processing efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery workshops and design sessions to translate business needs into effective Facets configurations
- Assess current-state Facets environments and develop optimization roadmaps with recommendations for configuration improvements
- Provide consulting leadership throughout project lifecycles, including solution architecture and stakeholder communication
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with TriZetto Facets in consulting, implementation, or solution architecture roles
- Deep expertise in Facets core modules such as Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, and Claims
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and application configuration
- Advanced knowledge of Facets ITS functionality and claims adjudication processing
- Experience leading medium to large-scale healthcare payer implementations or transformation initiatives
