Facilities Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sr Facilities Analyst will manage advanced facilities operations in regulated spaces, focusing on repairs, project management, and client coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage painting and patchwork projects, along with major repairs of architectural items
• Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks and serve as the point of contact for front-line client requests
• Apply technical knowledge to solve routine problems and ensure adherence to standardized procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to address slightly complex problems
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset and advanced math skills
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience and appropriate judgment
