Facilities Condition Assessor

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Facilities Condition Assessor for a full-time remote position, responsible for conducting on-site visual assessments of real property, managing facility condition data, and collaborating with teams to develop effective maintenance strategies for federal sites.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive on-site visual assessments of Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) to evaluate operating efficiency and remaining life expectancy
• Utilize proprietary software to input, validate, and maintain facility condition assessment data, ensuring accuracy through systematic updates and reporting
• Generate inventory condition reports and collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project goals and deadlines

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma required; experience in construction or maintenance sectors is essential
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills required
• Must be eligible for a DoD Position of Trust (Tier 1 level investigation)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
