Job Summary
To support the sustainment of large campuses, the full-time Facilities Condition Assessor will conduct on-site assessments, manage real property data, and collaborate with clients and teams while working remotely and traveling within the Northeast United States.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive on-site visual assessments of Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) to evaluate operating efficiency and remaining life expectancy
- Utilize proprietary software to input, validate, and maintain facility condition assessment data, ensuring accuracy through systematic updates and reporting
- Generate inventory condition reports and collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project goals and deadlines
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Experience in the construction or maintenance sectors is required
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be eligible for a DoD Position of Trust (Tier 1 level investigation)
- Former military members with a background in construction or facilities management are highly encouraged to apply
