Job Summary

Leading the delivery of integrated facilities management services, the full-time salaried Facilities Director, Massachusetts Licensed, will oversee operations for a pharmaceutical manufacturing and administrative portfolio, focusing on client relations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance while managing a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations, asset lifecycle, and capital planning initiatives while managing budgets and vendor relationships
• Provide formal supervision and mentorship to staff, ensuring effective team coordination and performance evaluations
• Drive environmental health and safety programs and regulatory compliance initiatives to support reliable facility operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; Facility Management certification is a plus
• Experience leading facilities management teams in manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated environments
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to manage operating budgets and achieve financial performance objectives
• Expertise in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
