Facilities Dispatch Operator

Job Summary

To support mission-critical operations, the part-time Facilities Dispatch Operator will serve as the primary contact for facility-related service requests, managing incoming calls, documenting maintenance issues, and entering work orders into a CMMS system remotely during weekend nights.

Key responsibilities

• Answer high-volume incoming calls related to production and facility issues, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Collect and document detailed service request information from engineers and facility personnel
• Enter, update, and track work orders in the CMMS system with high accuracy and prioritize requests based on operational impact

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a call center, dispatch, or maintenance coordination role preferred
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms strongly preferred
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial facility environments is a plus
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and enterprise systems
