Facilities Management Director

Job Summary

Leading the Integrated Facility Management Center of Excellence, the full-time remote IFM COE Director will drive service delivery integration, manage operational efficiency, and oversee national programs while fostering innovation and best practices across a major global financial services account.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Facilities Management, ensuring accountability for team results in areas such as business continuity and customer experience
• Drive the continuous application of technology enhancements while managing service delivery and aligning with client objectives
• Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering engagement and translating firm strategies into actionable business opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate and/or Facilities Management
• Proficient knowledge in Facilities management, Engineering, Energy and Sustainability, and Environmental Safety
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
• Experience in implementing quality assurance and continuous improvement programs
