Facilities Manager

Job Summary

To support a large portfolio of approximately 185 healthcare-related locations, the full-time remote Facilities Manager will oversee facility operations, vendor performance, maintenance programs, budgeting, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance activities across the portfolio
• Manage work order processes to ensure service requests are completed efficiently and accurately
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high levels of customer service

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of facilities management, building operations, property management, or related experience
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance programs, and facility operations
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and operational expenses
• Proven work order management experience within a multi-site environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and contractor performance
