Facilities Manager

Job Summary

Managing the reporting and analysis of advance facilities, the full-time remote Treasury Advance Reporting and Facilities Manager will oversee compliance, develop policies, and ensure accurate reporting in accordance with investor guidelines and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage departmental operations, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring of employees
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct quality reviews of department reports and oversee account reconciliations to ensure adherence to guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or lending finance
• Previous experience with advance facilities is preferred
• Strong skills in Access and/or SQL
• Knowledge of conventional and government reconciliation and reporting practices
