Job Summary

Leading the delivery of best-in-class facilities management operations, the full-time remote Facilities Manager will develop and implement standardized processes for a retail banking portfolio, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document, and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for facilities management
• Collaborate with the FM team and retail banking operations to align priorities and enhance facility management solutions
• Drive operational efficiency initiatives by optimizing workflows and ensuring best practices are consistently applied

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in facilities management or corporate real estate
• Proven ability to develop process documentation and training materials specific to facilities management
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with budget management and KPI-driven performance evaluation
• Demonstrated success in partnering with teams to implement processes and measure performance outcomes
• Ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and integrate them into operational processes
