Job Summary

To support a large portfolio of approximately 194 healthcare-related locations, the full-time salaried Facilities Manager - Louisiana will oversee facility operations, vendor performance, and maintenance programs while ensuring client satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance activities across the portfolio
• Manage work order processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of service requests
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating vendors and contractors for facility projects

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or property management
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance programs
• Experience managing budgets and operational expenses
• Proven work order management experience in a multi-site environment
• Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification preferred but not required
