Facilities Manager - NC, SC, VA, WV

Job Summary

To support a large portfolio of approximately 185 healthcare-related locations, the full-time Facilities Manager - NC, SC, VA, WV will oversee facility operations, manage vendor performance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while working remotely from one of the specified states.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance activities across a diverse portfolio
• Manage work order processes and coordinate with vendors for preventive maintenance and repairs
• Prepare and track operating budgets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or property management
• Strong knowledge of building systems and facility operations
• Experience managing budgets and operational expenses
• Proven work order management experience in a multi-site environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and service agreements
