Facilities Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the NORAM Real Estate team, the full-time remote Facilities Operations Analyst will coordinate facilities operations, manage financial processes, and maintain workplace data while collaborating with local office contacts and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities operations, including maintenance activities, service requests, and vendor interventions across NORAM
• Collect and maintain facilities and workplace data, preparing operational updates for management and stakeholders
• Monitor financial information related to facilities, including budgets, purchase orders, and invoices, while analyzing variances and risks

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, workplace operations, or related fields
• Proficiency in managing budgets, purchase orders, and financial reporting
• Strong Excel skills for organizing and analyzing operational and financial data
• Effective coordination with Finance, Procurement/Sourcing, and regional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
