Facilities Project Manager
Job Summary
To support advanced facilities and infrastructure systems, the full-time salaried Facilities Project Manager will oversee Building Automation Systems (BAS), manage energy management initiatives, and coordinate technical project execution, working onsite and remotely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize system performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily support and maintenance of Building Automation Systems, ensuring optimal performance and issue resolution
- Manage energy projects by implementing diagnostic software and creating energy-efficient control strategies
- Establish and maintain system security and compliance, conducting audits and preparing documentation for system operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
- Three years of project management or construction management experience, with a preference for five years
- Experience with Building Automation Systems, including Siemens APOGEE and related industry protocols
- Ability to analyze control system schematics and architectural drawings
- Commitment to continuous learning in a healthcare or institutional environment
