Facility Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the maintenance and reliability of manufacturing and fulfillment facilities, the full-time salaried Facility Engineer will oversee infrastructure and equipment, coordinate facility projects, and implement continuous improvement initiatives while working onsite in Bethlehem, PA.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and maintain building infrastructure and equipment
- Design and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or similar function
- Experience in a regulated environment (FDA)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, NetSuite, and MS Office
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms for preventive maintenance management
