Facility Engineer
Job Summary
Ensuring uptime and usability of desktop/laptop and LAN services, the full-time Facility Engineer will coordinate with vendors for issue resolution, maintain IT asset management, and ensure compliance with policies while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors for remedy ticket and call resolution
- Maintain 100% accuracy of IT asset management and trackers
- Close IT end-user calls as per SLAs, including troubleshooting remotely
Required Qualifications
- Experience in IT asset management and tracking
- Familiarity with policy compliance related to antivirus, patch management, and licensing
- Proven ability to troubleshoot desktop and LAN issues remotely
- Knowledge of hardware and software provisioning and deployment processes
- Strong coordination skills with vendors and suppliers
