Job Summary
To support families navigating caregiving challenges, the part-time hourly Family Care Consultant will field calls, listen to caregivers' needs, and guide them through available services in a fully remote and flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Field inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from families and referral partners seeking assistance
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand caregivers' needs and help them find appropriate next steps
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in the CRM while balancing empathy with performance goals
Required qualifications
- No specific degree or industry background required; experience in caregiving, customer service, or sales is valuable
- Ability to build trust quickly and adapt conversations to individual callers
- Experience handling emotional conversations and guiding families through difficult moments
- Organizational skills to manage multiple conversations and follow through on commitments
- Comfort with performance metrics related to call volume, appointments, and enrollments
