Job Summary

To support families navigating caregiving challenges, the part-time hourly Family Care Consultant will field calls, listen to caregivers' needs, and guide them through available services in a fully remote and flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Field inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from families and referral partners seeking assistance
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand caregivers' needs and help them find appropriate next steps
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in the CRM while balancing empathy with performance goals
Required qualifications
  • No specific degree or industry background required; experience in caregiving, customer service, or sales is valuable
  • Ability to build trust quickly and adapt conversations to individual callers
  • Experience handling emotional conversations and guiding families through difficult moments
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple conversations and follow through on commitments
  • Comfort with performance metrics related to call volume, appointments, and enrollments
