Family Intake and Enrollment Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Family Success Liaison team, the full-time Family Intake and Enrollment Manager will oversee the family journey from initial inquiry to service start, ensuring a high-quality experience while managing family discovery, operations, and performance metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure families receive a comprehensive discovery experience that addresses their child's developmental and educational needs
• Manage insurance verification and funding workflows to facilitate smooth family access to services
• Lead and develop the Family Success Liaison team, monitoring performance and providing coaching to improve enrollment outcomes

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a client-facing team
• Proven track record in managing intake-to-enrollment performance and pipeline management
• Experience with CRM and customer communication systems, preferably Zoho CRM or similar platforms
• Strong process improvement skills with the ability to implement practical solutions
• Background in ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, or a high-touch service environment preferred
