Family Nurse Practitioner - Remote
Job Summary
To deliver virtual-first care for new patients and provide remote urgent-care coverage for established members, the full-time Family Nurse Practitioner - Remote will conduct virtual appointments, manage acute health needs, and support care coordination while ensuring a positive member experience.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual first appointments, performing new patient intakes and establishing baseline assessments
- Provide remote urgent care coverage for acute conditions, managing same-day or next-day appointments
- Support care coordination by triaging patients to necessary in-person care or specialists
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
- National Board Certification in Family Medicine (FNP)
- Minimum of 2+ years practicing in Family Medicine or Urgent Care
- Telehealth experience strongly preferred
