Family Success Manager
Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of families, the full-time Family Success Manager will oversee onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts in a remote capacity, ensuring families are supported and informed throughout their educational journey.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored engagement and retention plans for assigned families
- Own the onboarding experience, including orientations and Q&A sessions, to ensure a successful start for families
- Proactively monitor family health and intervene on issues related to learning logs, assessments, and attendance
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in family/customer support or account management roles at scale
- Familiarity with K-12, homeschool, or virtual education environments is a plus
- Experience with CRM/support platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk is a plus
- Ability to handle a high volume of communication and meet service level agreements
- Access to necessary technology including a smartphone, high-speed internet, and a computer
