Farsi Licensed Consecutive Interpreter

Job Summary

To support effective communication, the contracted Farsi Licensed Consecutive Interpreter will provide interpretation services remotely during phone calls, meetings, and interviews, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consecutive interpretation services during various communication scenarios
• Listen to the speaker in the source language and accurately convey the message in the target language
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with industry protocols and best practices

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience or 3000 hours of active interpretation
• Proficiency in at least two languages (source and target languages)
• Proof of English language proficiency with a "technical proficiency" on the national ILR rating or equivalent
• Completion of Mock Call assessment with a passing score
• Technical infrastructure to support interpretation assignments
