Feasibility Lead

Job Summary

Leading country strategy and feasibility assessments, the full-time remote Feasibility Lead will oversee site identification, manage CRO partnerships, and present data-driven recommendations for clinical trials across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop data-driven recommendations on country mix, site allocation, and enrollment distribution
• Oversee CRO completion of feasibility assessments and manage site performance history for future selection decisions
• Serve as the feasibility point of contact for assigned programs, partnering with study teams and managing vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, public health, or a related field
• 5+ years of clinical operations experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO with a focus on feasibility oversight
• Experience in Immunology is highly preferred, with demonstrated ownership of country and site selection recommendations
• Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with trial-landscape data platforms
• Working knowledge of ICH GCP and global regulatory requirements
